Brownie Batter Protein Balls
INGREDIENTS
3 packets of LadyBoss LEAN
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c peanut butter
½ can pumpkin puree
½ c chopped almonds measured before they’re chopped
½ c coconut flakes organic unsweetened
1 tbsp hemp seeds chia seeds, flax seeds (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain any excess liquid off the pumpkin puree.
Combine (with an electric mixer) LadyBoss LEAN, cocoa powder, peanut butter, pumpkin, and chopped almonds. (Also add hemp, chia, and flax seeds if desired) in a small bowl.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make the dough less sticky.
Roll into 1-inch balls, then roll in coconut.
NOTES
Use a small ice cream scoop to create balls the same size.
Brownie Batter Protein Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana mashed
1 handful spinach
2 tbsp baking cocoa
½ c regular unsweetened almond milk
1 packet of LadyBoss LEAN
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend until smooth.
NOTES
Add additional almond milk (one tbsp at a time) until desired consistency.
Peanut Butter Brownie Blast
INGREDIENTS
8 oz almond milk
1 packet of LadyBoss LEAN
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsps peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend until smooth.
